LDL Cholesterol
101.3 mg/dL โ€” Improved from 110 mg/dL but just above the <100 optimal target. Continue high-fibre, low-saturated-fat approach. HDL at 42 mg/dL โ€” add walnuts, flaxseeds, fatty fish 3x/week. Next lipid check due Dec 2026.
Blood Pressure
Previously 140/90 mmHg (Stage 1). TMT now shows Normal BP Response โ€” weight loss is working. Continue low-sodium diet (sendha namak), high potassium foods. Every kg lost drops BP ~1 mmHg. Target below 130/80.
Heart (Echo + TMT)
Echo: LVEF 55%, normal cardiac chambers and valves, no significant abnormality. TMT: Negative for ischaemia, 13.3 METs achieved, good exercise tolerance, normal BP response. Heart is strong โ€” keep exercising.
Thyroid
TSH 1.52, Free T3 4.34, Free T4 1.09 โ€” all within normal range. Thyroid function is healthy. No action needed.
Kidney & Liver
Kidney: eGFR 97, Creatinine 1.0, BUN 13 โ€” all excellent. Liver: ALP improved to 103 (was elevated). Bilirubin slightly above range (Total 1.49, Direct 0.50) โ€” usually benign (hydration, fatty liver link). Monitor at next check. All other liver enzymes normal.
Blood Sugar (HbA1c)
4.7% โ€” Excellent, improved from 4.8%. Well below the pre-diabetes threshold of 5.7%. Continue low-sugar, high-fibre approach. Watch fasting glucose closely (see above).
BMI & Weight Goals
BMI 33.7 at 99 kg โ€” down from 35.84 at 105.4 kg. You've lost 6.4 kg. Next milestone: 90 kg (BMI ~30.6). Each 5 kg lost improves BP, HDL, insulin sensitivity, and energy. Keep the systems running.
